Julian Alps
The Julian Alps is a mountain range that stretches from northeastern Italy to northwestern Slovenia, known as "Alpi Giulie" in Italian and "Julijske Alpe" in Slovenian. The area contains just over 50 peaks above 2500 meters, with Triglav being the highest at 2864 meters.
