Sveti Jakob Hike April 2025
Hike in the Polhov Gradec Hills, Slovenia, visiting St. James Church, .
Green hills, lush forest, and a church beautifully perched on top of a hill. All of this not far from Ljubljana and easy enough for even the youngest hikers. This checked all our boxes so we set off for this hike on a Saturday morning. The weather was great, the views beautiful, and my 4 year old son had a great time.
