Polhov Gradec Hills
The Polhov Gradec Hills is a hilly region in Slovenia, known as "Polhograjsko hribovje" in Slovenian. It is located quite centrally in Slovenia, just northwest of the capital Ljubljana. The area contains just over 100 peaks above 500 meters, with Tošč being the highest at 1021 meters.
